Return, Exchange, Claims, and Cancellation Policy

Returns, exchanges or damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.  A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Credit for returns and exchanges will not be issued until Special Occasions & Gifts, www.lovelygifts.com,  confirms receipt of the merchandise. 

To Request a Return or Exchange
For all merchandise you must obtain a return authorization number by calling 559.781.2575 or emailing shop@lovelygifts.com.  This number is required for all returns or exchanges, no exceptions. 

Return Authorizations are valid for 10 days, so please make sure to ship the product back in a timely manner.  We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return or a return that exceeds the 10-day return authorization limit.

Mailing Your Return or Exchange
Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories.

No refunds or exchanges will be given to merchandise that arrives incomplete or has been damaged during return shipping, so pack your items carefully.

Send your package via insured UPS or insured US Postal Service to the address above.  If items are damaged during shipment and you have NOT insured the package you will NOT receive a credit or exchange.

Please make sure to write your Return Authorization on the outside as well as on the inside of your package to ensure speedy refund or exchange.  If possible include a copy of your invoice.

Shipping and handling changes are not refundable.  Shipping charges for exchanges will be charged to the credit card used when purchase was made.

To Report Damage Merchandise
Claims on damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.   Contact us by calling 559.781.2575 or emailing shop@lovelygifts.com and let us know what has been damaged.

All merchandise is shipped UPS insured.  Keep all packaging material and the original box that the item(s) where shipped to you in.  You need to keep everything that was included in your shipment. 

We will process the claim with UPS and keep you updated on the process.  Claims generally take 10 to 15 business days to complete.

Cancellation and Refused Orders
Refused or canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
